    Meet with your assigned Project Manager (PM) to discuss your services needs. Your dedicated PM will be your point of contact during the entire support process. From day one, you will know how to reach your PM if you have questions or need updates.

    Your PM will work with you to create a Project Service Plan. The timeframe for work completion will be discussed, and work stages with benchmarks will be outlined weekly.

     

  3. Dedicated team.

    We will assemble a dedicated team of specialists for your project. The composition of our service teams is customized for each project. The cost per specialist will be discussed with you beforehand. You will have the option to request different specialists if you feel the existing ones are not an appropriate match for the project.

    We kick off the project by introducing you to your team of dedicated experts. If we support an existing project, we will network with the original design team to gather information and any helpful insights.
